Volex PG is built to work without collecting your personal data.

What stays on your device

Your rank, category, PwD setting, choice list and any dates you add are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. We cannot see them.
Clearing your browser data removes them.

Nothing, unless you choose to email us. The "Improve this app" and "Report your stipend" forms prepare an email in your own email app; it is sent only if you press send. We use it to check and improve the data, and we reply if you give an address.
Stipend reports are published only as a median of at least three checked reports, never individually and never with names.
Please remove names, roll numbers and bank details from anything you attach.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
Links to Google Maps, Gmail, WhatsApp, MCC and college websites take you to those services under their own privacy policies.
When something breaks, a technical error report (browser type, the page and the error message, never your rank or name) is sent to Sentry, our error-monitoring provider, so we can fix it.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprint your device and does not identify you.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask us what we hold about you (normally only emails you sent) and ask us to delete it: write to hello@volexlabs.com.
